- Students meet advisors, college representatives, FYS instructors and campus staff
Classes begin
First ten days of semester - Drop/Add Period
- Schedules can be changed without using late drop credits
- Schedule changes are to be done in consultation with an advisor
Fourth week of each semester
- E-mail to student regarding unsatisfactory progress
- Opportunity for student to discuss progress with instructors
- Decide if course should be dropped
Meet with your adviser
- Determine your interests, abilities and values and how they relate to career and major choices

Attend Advising Workshop for first-year seminar
College Meetings
- Students attend College Meeting-an opportunity to meet with college representatives and advisers and find out what is new and what to do in regards to scheduling for the Spring semester
