Penn State Berks staff members who would like to have a staff web page created for them should complete the following form. You will receive an e-mail message letting you know when your page has been published, at which time you may suggest revisions.

If you would like changes made to an existing staff web page, you can also utilize this form to submit your revised information.

Check if this is an update to an existing page and fill in only the changed fields.
