Tom Handwerk has a long history of working with Penn State Berks. He collaborated with many individuals who were instrumental in campus development.
Handwerk was a key player in the acquisition of the land where Penn State Berks is now located. He reflects on events that transpired to allow us the opportunity for growth that we enjoy at our beautiful campus location.
