23 - Orientation Leader Reunion and First Year Student Orientation Program, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., Penn State Berks Campus. We are gathering a group of enthusiastic and dedicated alumni that were orientation leaders at PSU Berks to return to Berks campus to help get first year students acclimated to life at PSU Berks. 18 - Athletic Field Dedication, 11:00 a.m. The new artificial turf athletic field is located behind the Beaver Community Center. The opportunity is still available for naming opportunities, including a gift that would give a donor the prestigious opportunity to name this new athletic field. If you cancel your paid reservation for any event hosted by the Penn State Berks Alumni Society, Penn State Berks Office of Alumni Relations, Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, or the Penn State Berks Blue & White Society, please note our refund policy below.

Cancel Prior to 45 days from event start date = 100% Refund

Cancel 45 days to 21 days prior to event start date = 50% Refund

Cancel less than 21 days prior to event start date = No Refund

All refunds will be processed after the event date.
