back to academic literacy
Study Habits are a large key to academic literacy. To become fully academically literate a person must have very good study habits. There are many places to study and many places where help can be issued to students. One of the best ways to study is to simply set time aside before it is too late. Procrastination or the art of putting stuff aside until it is the last minute is a problem of many studetns. One of the hardest things to do in college is time management.

At Penn State Berks there are student tutors and professional tutors that are available to all students for all subjects. This is a great chance that more students should take advantage of. The best way to become as academically literate as possible is to take every little bit of outside help as you possibly can. You can also find help at the library, finding many books for assisting in studying and reviewing classes.
