Dr. Paff's research focuses on state-level business incentives and policy. Topics of interest include research & development tax credits, biotechnology clusterization, and business development incentives. She teaches Principles of Microeconomics, Financial & Managerial Accounting and Decision-Making, and Penn State's First Year Seminar.
